If your return is the result of an error on our behalf then return shipping costs or a paid return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost.

All returned orders will receive a full refund of the order total back to the original billing method used for the order. If the order is returned without any error on our behalf it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refunds are processed within 7 days or less after being received.
